Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen riced cauliflower
Juice of ½ lime
1/4 cup milk of choice
Topping suggestions: Mango, banana, strawberry, or passionfruit (optional), chia seeds, hemp hearts, granola or coconut flakes
Instructions

To a blender add the yogurt, mango, cauliflower, lime juice, and milk.

Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
